Support during the Corona-Pandemic
For the time being, the IT team will mostly work remotely from home. User support will be provided via TeamViewer Client (see sidebar) or via remote desktop connection during the usual office hours. You can contact us as usual by e-mail, phone or via the contact form on the website. The phone numbers are being forwarded to external.
If support is required directly at the device or in person with users in the office or laboratory, please contact us to arrange an appointment.
The IT department at CSI is responsible for a wide range of tasks relating to the operation of the central IT infrastructure. In addition to user support at the workstations in the offices and laboratories, we also offer support and provision of various network services.
The offered services can be found in the following areas:
Support and advice for employees as well as help desk for all IT-related matters
Planning, acquisition and implementation of the entire IT infrastructure
Supply, expansion and security of the IT infrastructure through network services
Consulting, selection and maintenance of hard- and software at office and laboratory workstations.
Provision of various multimedia components to support research and teaching
Individual services for institutes and research groups
